EquipMetric is a product of Known Range LLC. It helps organize assumptions, modeled economics and public/third-party market evidence. It can make comparison and due diligence faster, but it cannot eliminate uncertainty or replace transaction-specific professional judgment.

How to read EquipMetric numbers

Scores, model signals, economic ceilings, negotiation starting points, cash-flow figures, utilization estimates, resale assumptions, market-pressure scores, rate medians and fleet rankings are estimates or model outputs based on the information available at the time. They are not statements of guaranteed value, guaranteed rental demand, guaranteed profit, lender underwriting, or a promise that a transaction will perform as modeled.

BUY, NEGOTIATE, PASS, PROMISING, CONSIDER NEXT, WATCH and similar labels are model signals. They summarize how the submitted assumptions and available evidence compare with EquipMetric's current rules. They are not instructions to enter, avoid, finance, price, sell, or otherwise complete a transaction.

Data can be incomplete or wrong

EquipMetric may use customer-provided inputs, public websites, third-party data, advertisements, listing pages, manufacturer information and model assumptions. Any of those inputs can be stale, incomplete, inaccessible, incorrectly entered, changed after collection, or wrong at the source. Public availability does not reveal a competitor's private rental records. Advertised rates may differ from realized rates after discounts, packages, taxes, delivery, damage waivers or other fees.

Asset History limitations

Asset History is an evidence timeline tied to an exact VIN, manufacturer PIN or serial number. It is not an official title-history, lien, theft, accident, ownership, odometer/hour-meter, warranty, recall, safety, inspection or condition report unless an authoritative source is specifically identified for that fact. Exact-identifier matches can still contain source errors, reused listings, transcription mistakes or inaccurate seller information.

Independent verification is required

Before committing capital, users should independently verify the asset's identity, title/lien status, physical and mechanical condition, safety, hours/mileage, taxes, insurance, licensing, zoning, storage, transportation, financing terms, legal requirements, local demand, operating costs and other transaction-specific facts. Consider qualified legal, tax, accounting, insurance, lending and mechanical professionals when appropriate.

Known Range LLC provides EquipMetric as informational software and decision-support analysis. Known Range LLC and EquipMetric are not financial advisers, investment advisers, appraisers, lenders, brokers, attorneys, accountants, insurance producers, mechanics or inspection services. Actual results can differ materially from modeled results, including complete loss of invested capital.

Partner independence

Known Range LLC or an affiliated business may receive compensation when an EquipMetric customer chooses to purchase from, finance through, advertise with, or otherwise engage a participating commercial partner. When compensation is possible, the relationship should be disclosed near the relevant offer. Partner status does not increase an underwriting score, change a model-supported economic ceiling, improve evidence confidence or convert weak evidence into a favorable model signal.

No warranty of completeness

Known Range LLC does not guarantee that EquipMetric searches discover every competitor, listing, historical event, market participant, price, rental rate or source. Missing data should be treated as missing—not as evidence that a condition does not exist.

Bottom line: use EquipMetric to ask better questions, compare scenarios and organize evidence. Do not use any single number or label as the sole basis for a purchase or business decision.
