EquipMetric is a decision-support product. Its underwriting score, price ceiling and BUY / NEGOTIATE / PASS verdict are produced from the deal inputs and underwriting rules, not from dealer compensation.

KAV may receive compensation when a customer chooses to purchase from, finance through, or otherwise engage a participating commercial partner. When compensation is possible, the relationship should be disclosed near the relevant offer. Partner status does not improve an underwriting score or change the modeled price ceiling.

EquipMetric does not guarantee rental demand, financing approval, equipment condition, resale value, tax treatment, insurance availability, legal compliance, or future profit. Customers should verify title, physical condition, local demand, taxes, licensing, insurance and other transaction-specific requirements before purchasing.
